the hottest anime chick ever to smoke a cigarette. & also the inspiration for one of my characters in a script I was working on. she's from one of the best(if not the best) short series anime called FLCL aka Fooly Cooly(2000). I watched it on Adult Swim many moons ago. And it stuck to me.
I love how "Never Knows Best" is written on her cigarettes. i think i need to meet a girl like her. lulz.I'm not even a huge fan of animes. But seriously, this one takes the cake for being the most original, unique, and just the fcking coolest one ever. Beautiful clips:
